These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and meritbet. • Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with meritbet support staff or other platform users via any available communication channel.

Voluntary closure: You may close your meritbet account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at support@meritbet. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any active bonus credits with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Closure by meritbet: meritbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
